Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Development or related field
Min. 5 years in Sales and Marketing management position. Experience in airlines general sales agent or tour and travel Agency.
Possess Leadership, Problem-Solving Skill and Hands-on
Able to work independently and under pressure with high degree of confidentiality
Target oriented, creative, proactive, meticulous and Strong analytical skill
Good computer skill and work well with data
Good interpersonal and communication skill, matured, motivated, dedicated and responsible.
Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
Overseeing and coordinate daily sales & marketing activities, to ensure that the team achieve the objective, goals and target. Including coordination with other department such as Operation and Finance
Monitor and evaluate sales achievement from each customer in a regular basis to ensure meet the target.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits.
In charge of promotion strategy to the market
Marketing strategy planning & implementing marketing strategies & activities for all projects including cost control.
Organize sales launches, sales exhibition, &any activities to promote sales.
